Domus on Druid sits on a quiet residential street in West Asheville, just off New Leicester Highway and Patton Avenue. Everyday errands, work, and the bus are all close.
- Bus stop at the corner. The ART stop at New Leicester Hwy and Druid Dr is about a 2-minute walk, with route WE1 running straight to the downtown ART Station. More routes stop along Patton Avenue, about a 10-minute walk.
- Lots of work nearby. The Patton Avenue and New Leicester Highway corridors are lined with restaurants, shops, offices, and service businesses. Downtown and the River Arts District are about 6 minutes by car.
- Groceries on foot. Ingles on Haywood Road is within walking distance, about a mile away.

Co-living means you rent a private suite in a house built for sharing. Your bedroom, bathroom, and climate control are yours alone. The kitchen, living and dining room, laundry, deck, and yard are shared with your housemates.
It is not a typical roommate setup. You sign your own lease and pay only your own rent. If a housemate moves out, nothing changes for you. No splitting bills, no chasing anyone for their share.
It is also not a party house. Domus on Druid is a quiet, respectful home for people who work hard and want a clean, comfortable place to come back to.
